Welcome to the Wacky Wine Weekend festival website! Now taking place for the 7th year, the festival still brings you fantastic offers at fantastic value. Great focus will again be place on the responsible service of alcohol with the implementation of our ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY, DESIGNATED DRIVERS PROGRAM and BUDDY BUS SERVICE OFFERED. "We absolutely loved the weekend. Fab events and picture book scenery. The only disappointment was that the Rooiberg Mongolian Braai was advertised in the programme on the Internet as being available on the Sunday. We planned to go to Rooiberg for lunch only to find out that it was closed on Sunday. We met up with other people who had also intended to go for lunch on Sunday. The official brochure did in fact show that Rooiberg would be closed. There needs to be synchronisation between the offical brochure and what is printed on the net. However,despite missing out on Rooiberg we had an absolute ball. Will definitely be back in 2007 - Rooiberg will be first on our agenda."

I have never experienced such an event before and had an incredibly exciting weekend - the wineries did a marvellous job of extending a warm welcome to all the visitors, the food was great, the music great, the whole spirit was beautiful - and oh yes, the wines were excellent!
